Return & Refund Policy
Each of our bracelets is individually handcrafted and made to order, requiring 5–10 days for production. Due to the personalized and artisanal nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We kindly ask that you review this policy before completing your purchase.
1. General Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn/unused)
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Custom or made-to-order items (including our handcrafted bracelets) are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging.
- This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
3. Damages & Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Please note: Bank or credit card processing times may cause additional delays.
