🕒 When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


🌍 Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and most parts of Asia.

For countries not listed at checkout, please email us at cs@everlyzen.com and we’ll assist you directly.

🧭 How do I track my order?

  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Use the link in your email, or track directly at 17Track
  • You can also use the “Track Your Order” button in our site menu.

🕵️ Why hasn’t tracking updated yet?

For handcrafted items or international shipments, tracking may take 3–5 days to appear while the package clears the outbound center. Don’t worry—it will update automatically once scanned.


✏️ I entered the wrong address. What can I do?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order at cs@everlyzen.com.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Everly Zen is not responsible for incorrect addresses, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.


📦 My package hasn’t arrived. What now?

If it’s been over 30 days since your item shipped and you haven’t received it, email us at cs@everlyzen.com. We’ll either:

  • Resend the product, or
  • Issue a full refund
